The taste of classic macaroni and cheese is very chessy and creamy.
Method:
1) 2 small bowls (soup bowl, full) macaroni, cooked, drained, set aside.
2) Fry 3 tablespoons of butter until melted.
3) Add 2 tablespoons of flour and continue to fry until combined.
4) Turn off the heat, pour in 200ml milk, and stir until a thick batter.
5) Continue to pour 300ml of milk and boil until slightly boiling.
6) Add ham and 150g shredded cheddar cheese. (I used cubes and shredded them)
7) Add some pepper and salt, stir on low heat until the cheese is melted and thick.
8) Pour in the cooked macaroni and add the cheese paste. (If it is too thick, add some water)
9) Sprinkle mix herb before serving
